File Requirements –Promotional –Large Format-

For printing outside of Offset you may submit any one of the file types below. Please make sure if sending any vector file, convert all text to outlines.

The best way to do this is to select the entire document and press *ctrl,shift,o* This will eliminate any font substitution problems.

File Requirements For Offset Files

In order to get the quickest turn around on your job and eliminate font headaches, we require you to submit your files as CMYK TIFF @ 300 or 600 dots per inch (DPI).

If you follow the instructions below you can avoid additional design or typesetting charges.

We bill $75 in fifteen minute increments for changes that need to be made to your file. You can save money by submitting your files properly.

IMPORTANT:

•Submit only one file per printed side
•If there are no bleeds to the edge of your work, we still  need that space to be defined as a white bleed. Please export your artwork with and appropriately sized border with no fill or outline, if necessary

Anti-aliasing must be turned on when you export to .tiff. This will make your text look smooth, avoiding jaggy artifacts
