Color Requirements-

If your job is required to have an exact pantone match, please make sure all callouts are included in your email and in the file.
We will do our best to match any pms color provided.  
If you need to have a proof printed before the job is run, please request this upfront.
There will be a $25.00 Proof charge on all jobs under $500.00
For Offset printing we do not offer proofs, due to the process. The color you include in your file will be matched to the best of our ability.


Proofing-

A pdf proof will be provided with all printing and it is required that you print, sign and fax back to the number on proof. If you can digitally sign and return, that will also be acceptable.  In some cases a “proceed to print “reply email will also be accepted.


Cancellation –

At gpi once your proof is approved we generally go directly to the presses. If you job has not yet been plated or setup in the rip system we will be glad to cancel the order for you.

Delivery and  Shipping-

Gpi normally ships within 48 hours of proof approval. In most cases our sales reps or delivery personnel will hand deliver the product to you. We do this do keep a face  to face relationship, which we feel is vital to our business. If there is going to be a delivery charge you will be notified at time of purchase.
